Leonard Roberts graduated from University of Miami in 2000 with a background in Finance. He has worked for sizable accounting companies, real estate firms, and has run two economic development programs for the City of Miami Beach and Coral Gables. Leonard is licensed CPA; he has been a realtor for the past 24 years since and he is a residential real estate investor.
What is real estate investing? Real Estate investing involves the purchase, ownership, management, rental and/or sale of real estate for profit. We hear many young entrepreneurs speak about investing in real estate. In this program you’ll learn why real estate investing is a beneficial tool to build substantial wealth over time. For those that have real estate investing knowledge – we will help fine tune your strategy.
What can real estate do for you? It can help you transform into an entrepreneur, build wealth, create financial freedom, be your own boss, and make your own decisions. Real Estate can also create ways to decrease your taxable income.

o This program will facilitate in having the ideal mindset and preparatory tools for this new venture
o Since there is an array of real estate investing, the program will be focusing on: residential buy & rent, buy renovate, refinance & rent, and buy & resale.
o This real estate investing course will start from the basics to help build a foundation for attaining your first deal or your next.
o Discussions will be focused on which strategy works best for you followed by creating a plan to meet your goals, and setting up a system that will allow you to accomplish your goal even if you’re working a full-time job
o The course will dive into finding properties, financing properties, networking, and how to build your overall wealth
What should you expect out of this course once completed? Solid understanding of how to evaluate real estate, how to find deals, whether you should be investing in real estate, and which strategy works best for you. What shouldn’t you expect from this course? Becoming a millionaire overnight or understanding every detail there is to know about real estate investing – experience is vital.

There are hundreds of ways to learn about anything in this day and age – reading books, audiobooks, blogs/forums, video courses, real estate organizations (not for profits), classes, coaching, and real-life experience.
